Kleurboekronde : Primaire kleuren

Ik heb me ingeschreven in een kleurboekronde. Het is de bedoeling dat we elke maand rond een bepaald kleurenthema een kaart maken en die doorsturen naar de volgende op de lijst. Dit is de eerste kaart dat ik gemaakt heb. Het thema was deze keer : Primaire kleuren.
De achtergrond en de hartjes zijn gemaakt met de cuttlebug. De stempel is een irisstempel.

I'm participating at a colorbookround. We have to make each month a card about a specific colorchallenge and send this card to the next one in line. This is my first card. The theme was : primary colors. The background and haerts I made with the cuttlebug. The stamp is an irisstamp.

Godelieve is niet alleen een geweldige stempelwonder, ze kan ook schitterende foto's nemen, kijk maar op haar fotoblog. Sinds januari geeft ze elke maand een prachtige foto weg om te gebruiken.

The Butterfly Project II

Het Holocaust Museum Houston wil in 2012 een tentoonstelling houden met 1.500.000 vlinders ter nagedachtenis van de kinderen die verdwenen in de Holocaust. Meer info op : The Butterfly Project. Mijn eerste vlinder kan je hier zien.

Spin en Splash

Gisteren heeft mijn zoontje van een vriendin een spin en splash gekregen. Mama was al even enthousiast ;-) Vandaag moesten we het dan ook eens uitproberen.

Yesterday my son got a spin and splash from a good friend. Mummie was also enthousiastic ;-) So today we had to try it.

Wat met mijn kerstkadootje gespeeld. De bloemenrand is gemaakt met de cuttlebug. De bloemen werden dan bewerkt met chalk en dan met de distress inktpad rechtstreeks erover gestreken. Het ovaaltje is gemaakt met nestabilities. Stempels zijn van Justjohanna's Odd Bird Planet.

I played a little with my christmas gifts. The flowers are made with the cuttlebug. I colored them with chalk and afterwards I went over it with the distress inkpad. The ovals are nestabilities. Stamps are Justjohanna's Odd Bird Planet.

Jolan wordt 8!

Zaterdag is het dan zover : Jolan wordt 8!
Dit zijn de uitnodigingen voor zijn verjaardagsfeestje met zijn vriendjes in een binnenspeeltuin.

En dit zijn de pakjes voor de kindjes in de klas en een doos chocolaatjes voor de juf.

And these are his gifts for the kids at school and some chocolates for the teacher.

Sneak Peek 3

Van deze heb ik er nog zo'n 18 gemaakt. Terug het ventje van Sugar Nellie ingekleurd met Copic markers. Maar deze keer wat eenvoudiger uitgeknipt en zo dat er een koordje door kan.

This time I made 18 of this boys. Again the Sugar Nellie boy colored with Copic markers. This time I dit some easier cutting and with space for a string.

Sneak Peek 2

Dit zijn metalen 8-ten voor het projectje voor mijn zoontje's verjaardag. Gekregen bij "Crafts and Things", de winkel van Elke. Jaja, je leest het goed : gekregen, zomaar voor niks! Nog eens bedankt, Elke! Ik heb ze bewerkt met metallic acrylic paint. Raad eens hoe oud mijn zoon wordt ;-)

These are metallic 8-ts for the project I'm doing for my sons birthday. I got them at 'Crafts and Things", Elke's shop. Yes, you read it well : got them, for nothing! Thanks Elke! I put metallic acrylic paint on them. Take a guess how old my son will be ;-)

Ik ben aan een projectje bezig voor de verjaardag van mijn zoontje. Hierbij een eerste sneak peek. De stempel is van Suggar Nellie en werd ingekleurd met copic markers.

Celebrate

Ik hoop dat jullie de feestdagen allemaal goed zijn doorgekomen. Christine heeft er nog een extra feestje bij gedaan, namelijk haar verjaardag. Nog mijn allerbeste wensen voor Christine en voor alle anderen, een geweldig creatief 2009!

Kerstkaart

Op de Yahoo groep "Creatief met stempels" is de uitdaging deze maand om blauwe kaarten te maken. Gezien ik zeker nog wel wat kerstkaarten kan gebruiken, heb ik maar een blauwe kerstkaart gemaakt. Stempel is van Odd Bird Planet, met Versamark gestempeld en met wit geëmbossed. De sneeuvlokken is op vellum, door heel de achterkant in te strijken met lijm, komt het papier erdoor.

This month it's the challenge to use blue at the Dutch Yahoo group "Creatief met stempels". Because I still need some Christmas cards, I made a blue one. The stamp is Odd Bird Planet, stamped with Versamark and white embossed. The snowflakes are on vellum. I gleued the whole backsite, so you can see the paper thru it.

Artzy Girlz : Favorite Medium

De uitdaging bij Artzy Girls deze week is je favoriete medium. Voor mij is de embossings poeder. Ik vind het zalig om het te zien smelten en het resultaat is altijd prachtig.

This weeks challenge at Artzy Grilz is Favorite medium. I love to work with embossing powder. I love when you see it melting and the result is always gorgeous.

Kerstset

Een setje kerstkaarten gemaakt. Deze passen ook in de uitdaging van de week bij Created by hand : red and green.

Vorige week kwam het Zuid Franse vogeltje nog eens langs, met een prachtige RAK van Jacqueline. In het pakje zaten oa. deze cupcake stempels. Ik stuurde het vogeltje terug met deze kaart.
