Samen met de lente begonnen mijn vingers ook weer te kriebelen.

We zijn er dan ook ineens in gevlogen, met 6 vogel-ATC's.

Justjohanna Earth Day - Newspaper

Vandaag is het zo ver! Het is Justjohanna Earth Day Celebration. Een dag vol uitdagingen op het Justjohanna forum. Dit is mijn eerste deelname. De uitdaging van Kim is om krantenpapier te gebruiken in je werk.

Today is the day! It's Justjohanna Earth Day Celebration. A whole day of challenges on the Justjohanna forum. This is my first participation. Kim 's challenge is to use newspaper in your work.

Vakantie

Na een weekje vakantie en een dagje naar het stempel event in Zeist, is het hoog tijd om terug aan de slag te gaan. Met mijn nieuwe buit van Zeist, is dat zeker niet moeilijk ;-) Maar ik ben toch makkelijk begonnen met twee ATC's. Ik vind ATC's handig om nieuwe stempels en technieken uit te proberen.

Afther a week of holidays and a day at the stamping event at Zeist, it's time to get back at work. With my new stamps and stuff I bought at Zeist, it's not so difficult ;-) But I started easily with two ATC's. ATC's are easy to try out new stamps and techniques.

Op deze ATC heb ik de "water resist" of hoe-je-het-ook-mag-noemen techniek uitgeprobeerd. Bovenaan de ATC zie je wat witte bloemetjes en takjes, deze zijn gestempeld met water. Het water neemt de inkt er terug af.

At this ATC I tried the "water resist" or I-don't-know-how-you-call-this technique. At the top of the ATC, you can see white flowers and branches, these are stamped with water. The water takes off the ink.

Op de tweede ATC heb ik mijn nieuwe Derwente potloden uitgeprobeerd. Dat wordt toch nog veel oefenen!

At the second ATC I tried my new Derwente pencils. I need some more excercise!

Pretty in Pink

Er is nu ook een challenge-blog voor Magnolia ATC's : Tilda and friends ATC challenge. Het thema deze week is "In the pink". Dit Magnoliaatje leek me daar juist geschikt voor.

Theme Thursday - Paris

Met Paris als thema deze week op Theme Thursday, moest ik iets doen natuurlijk! Iedereen die mij kent, weet dat ik gek ben op Parijs. Het is een vintage ATC geworden.

With the theme Paris this week on Theme Thursday, I had to do something! Everybody who knows me, knows I'm crazy about Paris. It became a vintage ATC.

Nog twee ATC's gemaakt. De achergronden zijn gemaakt met Colorbox fluid chalks. De stempels zijn Rhonna Farrer.

ATC's - Fly

Op 5 en 6 april is er het "Art Specially Stempel Event" te Zeist. Een niet te missen evenement voor de stempelliefhebbers. We zullen daar zeker enkele nu nog "virutele" stempelvrienden in "real life" ontmoeten. Daarom ben ik alvast maar aan enkele ATC's begonnen.

On 5 and 6th april is in Zeist (Netherlands) the "Art Specially Stempel Event". For stamplovers the "must be there" of the year. I'm sure I'm gonna meet some "virtual" stampingfriends in "real life". So I already started to make some ATC's.

Vintage ATC

Nog een vintage ATC. Deze past bij de ATC, die ik deze week maakte. Omdat ik al zoveel leuke reacties kreeg, zal ik twee namen trekken. Wil je meedoen, laat dan een comment op deze post.

Eerste resultaten...

En hier de eerste resultaten van m'n kerstgeschenken. Op deze ATC heb ik me eens uitgeleefd met m'n nieuwe spullen. Ik heb eerst m'n nieuwe "Vintage achtergrond" van Limited Edition afgedrukt. Daarop heb ik met "Paint dabber" verf aangebracht. Dan met de vilten applicator distress inkt "Vintage photo" erover gezet. Bovenaan heb ik met een "swirls met bloemen" stempel van Technique Teusday gezet. De poststempel is op een apart blaadje afgedrukt, dat ik eerst met "Vintage photo" heb bewerkt. Dit heb ik uitgeknipt, ook de photo van Vintagestamper's blog (bedankt Nancy) uitgknipt en samen op de achtergrond gekleefd.

These are the first results of my christmasgift. On this ATC, I played with a lot of my new stuff. First I stamped with my new "Vintage background" stamp from Limited Edition. Then I put some paint with my "Paint dabber" on it. Aftherwards I put some "Vintage photo" with my felt applicator on it. At the top, i put some "swirls with flowers" stamp from "Technique Tuesday. The poststamp I stamped on a new sheet, which I first applied some "Vintage photo". I cuted this out, also the photo, I got from Vintagestamper's blog (thanks Nancy) and put it togheter on the background.

ROS - 10.000 hits celebration challenge

Ros viert haar 10.000ste bezoeker aan haar blog. Gefeliciteerd Ros! Ze daagt ons uit om met deze foto iets te maken. Niet makkelijk! Gezien ik volop in een ATC periode zit, maakte ik deze.

Ros is celebrating her 10,000th visitor on her blog. Congratulations Ros! She challenges us to make something with this picture. Not easy! Because I'm into ATC's this period, I made this one.

FEEST!!!

Vandaag nog eens bezoek gehad van het "kleine vogeltje" dat helemaal uit Zuid Frankrijk komt van bij uit "Jacqueline craft nest" . Deze keer bracht het een volle zak met UM stempels en deze prachtige mounted stempels.
Ik ben er dan ook meteen met aan de slag gegaan.

Today the "little bird" came again, whole the way from South of France form "Jacqueline craft nest" . This time it brought a whole bag of UM stamps and these beautiful mounted stamps.
I went playing with them right away.

TMTA : Friends

Het thema op TMTA van deze week is "friends". Deze twee schattige jongentjes doen me aan m'n twee zoontjes denken, mochten ze 50 terug leven. Vaak zijn het de beste vriendjes, soms ook niet...

The theme on TMTA this week is "friends". These two cute boys make me think about my two sons, if they should live 50 years ago. Most of the time they are best friends, sometime they aren't.

Hermine's achtergrond

Hermine's achtergrond is zo prachtig, dat ik het niet kon laten een kaartje met bijpassende ATC te maken. M'n nieuwe Stampingback stempels passen er perfect bij.

Hermine's background is such a beauty, I made a card and ATC with it. My new Stampingback stamps fit very well.

Connected ATC's

Ik maakte deze "Connected" ATC's voor de twee vriendinnen Irene en Leni.

ATC's met Godelieves achtergrond

Een tijdje geleden maakte Godelieve een prachtige achtergrond met stempels van JustJohanna. Wat nog leuker was, Godelieve maakte deze achtergrond downloadable.

Hiermee maakte is deze ATC's. Ik printte de achtergrond af op 18x18. Zo kunnen er juist 6 ATC's uit. Stempels zijn van AudDesign en werden met wit embossingspoeder geëmbossed.

A while ago Godelieve made a beautiful background with JustJohanna stamps. Even better, she made this background downloadable.

I made these ATC’s with this background. I printed it out on 18x18 cm, so I could cut out 6 ATC’s. I used stamps from AudDesign and embossed with white.

Sinds ik mijn blog heb, krijg ik dikwijls de vraag om een ATC te ruilen.
Heel erg leuk! Dus hebben we er nog eentje gemaakt.

Geëmbossed op wit vellum, dan met chalk-inkt gekleurd.

De achtergrond is een restje van mijn 'Congrats' kaart.
